1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and bk99tk ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the bk99tk website located at https://bk99tk.app, including all associated services, features, content, and functionality made available through that domain.

By accessing the bk99tk platform, creating a player account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or participating in any game or promotion, you confirm that you have read these Terms in their entirety and that you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the platform.

Account Information Accuracy

You must ensure that all information held on your account remains accurate and current at all times. If your personal details change — including your name, address, or payment method details — you must update your account information promptly. Providing false, misleading, or outdated information is a breach of these Terms and may result in account suspension or permanent closure.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

Deposits

Currency

In the event of a conflict between these general Terms and a game-specific rule, the game-specific rule will take precedence for that particular game or market only.

Engaging in any of the below constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and may result in the matter being referred to relevant authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during the registration, verification, or withdrawal process.
• Registering or operating more than one bk99tk account, whether under your own identity or any assumed identity.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to place bets, exploit bonus offers, or interact with the platform in a manner not intended for human players.

8 Account Suspension & Closure

bk99tk reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• A breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• A reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, identity theft, or other illegal activity.
• Failure to complete identity or age verification within a reasonable timeframe following a verification request.
• A player's voluntary request for self-exclusion under the bk99tk Responsible Gaming programme.
• A legal, regulatory, or technical requirement that prevents bk99tk from continuing to offer services to the player.

Player-Initiated Closure

Any player may request the closure of their bk99tk account at any time by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Upon receiving a closure request, bk99tk will process any remaining withdrawable balance back to the player's verified payment method before deactivating the account, subject to standard verification requirements. Active bonus balances that have not met their wagering requirements at the time of account closure will be forfeited.

Effect of Closure

Upon account closure — whether initiated by the player or by bk99tk — the player's access to all platform features, including game history, transaction records, and bonus balances, will be revoked. bk99tk will retain account data in accordance with its Privacy Policy and any applicable data retention obligations.
